Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the information the RVERE assistant holds about you at any time. RVERE operates the assistant on behalf of the applicable business.

How to request deletion

Instagram or Facebook: send a direct message to the account containing the word DELETE.
Text message: reply STOP to opt out, and text DELETE to remove your information.
Email: write to [email protected] from the contact you used, with “Delete my data” in the subject.

What we delete

We delete your messages, any contact information you provided, and the conversation records associated with you, typically within 30 days of the request. We may retain a minimal record only where required to meet a legal obligation, and only for as long as that obligation requires.
