Who we are

RVERE provides an AI assistant that a business uses to answer people who reach out to it across its website chat, Instagram and Facebook direct messages, text messages, and inbound phone. The assistant is automated software that answers only from content the business has approved. RVERE operates the assistant on behalf of the applicable business, which controls the data described below.

Information we process

• The messages you send to the business and the assistant's replies.
• A platform-scoped identifier supplied by the channel (for example, an Instagram or Facebook page-scoped user ID, or your phone number for text and voice) used to maintain the conversation.
• If you choose to opt in, contact details you provide (such as email, phone, or ZIP code) and the questions or requests you raise.

How we use it

• To answer your question with the business's approved information.
• With your opt-in consent, to let the business's team follow up with you.
• To produce aggregate, de-identified insights for the business. Your personal information is never entered into the AI model's prompt.

How it is shared

The information is held for the business. We do not sell it, and it is never used to train any third-party AI provider's models. We use service providers (such as hosting, database, and AI inference vendors) that process data only under contract and on our instructions.

How it is protected

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and isolated per client with row-level security. Personal details are kept out of the AI model's prompt and access is restricted to authorized operators.

Your choices

• For text messages, reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
• You can ask what information we hold about you by emailing the address below.

Retention

We retain conversation and contact records for the duration of the client engagement and delete or de-identify them afterward, except where a record must be kept to meet a legal obligation.

Children

The assistant is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
